New Bugs with 3.20

I apologize if these have already been reported. I did not see these as I went through this forum.

1. If two FLAGSHIPS finish their anomaly survey on the same turn they tend to offer the same reward. Not always but at least 50% of the time.

2. The shaded background for faction ownership does not always display. I have seen this on my civ as well as other civs.

3., This one is the most bizarre. I was exploring with probes when I uncovered some, but not all of their territory. On future turns as I removed their fog of war, their border and their territory did not update. So their boundary line stopped where it was when I discovered them earlier. I played a few more turns but the line never updated. Similarly, their background shading did not update. I exited that game and started a new one. I am playing a custom civ, gigantic size with 21 other civs.

4. There have been two games where I got a CTD. I picked back up with the autosave save and had no issues the rest of the game.
