Key Features

AI Enhancements: AI now has improved diplomatic timing, smarter surrender decisions, and more consistent interactions with players.

Gameplay Fixes and Improvements: Starbase Modules and ship blueprints have been rebalanced for a better gameplay experience.

Tales of the Terran Alliance DLC Balance: The tales of the Terran Alliance DLC has improved tech tree progression, new Starbase Modules and expanded technology unlocks.

AI

  • Improved AI diplomatic contact system for more consistent timing between civilizations

  • Fixed AI civilizations sometimes contacting you too frequently

  • Fixed a crash related to AI diplomatic contact settings

  • AI won’t surrender unless it is certain the situation is no longer winnable

Gameplay

  • Research Starbase Modules now provide intel bonuses

  • Colony Ship Blueprints now include Life Support by default

  • Fixed "Win as Terran" achievement not unlocking properly

  • Explorer-exclusive executive orders are now properly restricted to civilizations with the Explorer ability

  • Dreadlord Archive events no longer trigger in the early game to prevent game-ending enemies to spawn early

    • Archive colonization event now requires turn 50 or later

    • Dreadlord Titan spawns now require turn 100 or later

  • Fixed Prometheus Stone ability not working correctly

  • Increased bonuses from the planetary “Artocarpus Viriles” resource deposit improvement multipliers (40%/50%/60%)

  • Fixed Quantum Mirror so that Quantum Scientist now also get an intelligence bonus (3/6/9)

  • Fixed mirror tool placing parts incorrectly on one axis in the ship designer

  • Fixed issues with Capstone Techs not stacking

Map Generation

  • Fixed star cluster placement sometimes behaving inconsistently during galaxy generation

Multiplayer

  • Fixed desync issues in during combat

  • Fixed desync issues with artifact powers

  • Fixed desync issues with event and quests

Save/Load

  • Fixed galaxies sometimes generating differently when using the same map seed

  • Fixed minor inconsistencies when saving and loading games

UI and Text

  • Fixed dialogue choices appearing in random order between play sessions

  • Fixed various typos and text formatting issues in English and French

  • The game will now use more variety in citizen portrait selection

  • Removed the notification that mentioned receiving 0 credits in events

Gameplay

  • Raiders now start with Space Exploration and Extermination technologies in addition to Armed Shuttles

  • Xeno Biology technology now unlocks District construction

  • Fleet Coordination technology now unlocks Supernova improvements

  • Added the Chaotic Particle Absorption Starbase Module for Terran civilizations

  • Resolved issues with extreme colonization not correctly functioning

  • Spider-exclusive technologies are now properly restricted to Spider civilizations only
