Using the abilities not assigned to any core civilization lore - wise

 

Most of the civilization abilities in Gal Civ IV have at least one core civilization using them. Because of that, it is clear how they work with lore. But there are a few abilities that are not. That can be used in custom civilizations, but are not used by any core civilization. These abilities are:

Cartographer

Certain

Craftsman

Cybernetic

Hive Mind

Raiders

Resilient

Xenophobic

 

I would like to ask you, how would you use these abilities lore - wise? In other words, what kind of civilizations would use such abilities?
