Yet another bug - peace / war same turn!

This is super-fun. The human empire opens the game by offering me peace (with a glitched dialogue - then ends the turn demanding my surrender. So yes - it is possible to declare peace and war in the same turn.
Super-awesome job, team!
It is why my review states that this game always has one extra opponent; the many many bugs.
