Ship Style Sets suddenly not working

Until yesterday I was not having issues with Supernova Insider (EPIC) loading Ship styles both mine own and one's I had downloaded from the workshop.  I can create a new in the game, but then if I close the program and come back, it appears to no longer be valid. I've gotten messages saying it cannot find the ship designs, but now if doesn't load them at all.

Everything is in the 'MyGames\GalCiv4\Designs & the ShipStyleSet' folder.   I validated the files. I deleted the 'Gameplay.bin' thinking maybe that would help.   Seems there's a number of issues in the debug file. Should I completely uninstall and reinstall everything?   Is it an issue with Epic and their workshop?

I created a DropBox folder for the Debug.err file and also included the latest Ship style set I made in game to test  and the Designs folder in case you have need of them.  If anyone else has had this problem, how did you resolve it?

There was a recent windows cumulative update two nights ago. I'm wondering about that as well.

Edit: This looks to be a Supernova issue.  The shipstyle sets are working in the base game. Something must of changed in the last update
