Issue No. 7: Prestige Victory

I am at the end of my game and I am about to win a Prestige Victory.  Therefore, this is the last post in this series.

After you load the save file, hover over my "Prestige Victory Progress".  It should look like the first screen snapshot below.  I can understand what I need to do to increase each of the items in the list (although I have no idea how the numbers are calculated) except for "Faction Power".  What is that?  If it is derived from the other items in the list, then I suggest getting rid of it since it would be duplicative.

The second screen snapshot shows the list from the "Data Bank" screen on the "Timeline" tab.  These lists are very similar.  Should they be identical?  And should the values be the same in both locations?

It would be nice to have hover text for each of the items in the Prestige Victory Progress list explaining how the number was calculated.  That would help players figure-out what they need to do to increase each of the values.
