Update removed all my custom faction LeaderFG files - why???

Very unhappy that after the latest updates every single one of my 50 custom factions have lost my custom imagery for the foreground. The portraits were left alone, backgrounds gone too.
Took me 100s of hours to do this work.
Not cool.
