Economic Stimulus Description Issue Under 2.4

The screen snapshot below shows that the popup describing the effect of performing the Economic Stimulus project on the planet management screen. At the top it says "Provides 250 credits", but at the bottom it says "Treasury +100". I am not sure which one is correct, but it is clear that they both cannot be correct. Please correct whichever one is wrong.
