No Mouse cursor

Hi everyone,

I bought Galciv 4 some time ago on Epic. When I bought it, I was able to play it for some time but then stopped.

I just wanted to come back to it, installed it, started it, but...

There is no mouse cursor visible. The mouse is clearly working, as menu entries get highlighed, I can click around, even start a game as soon as I find the buttons. But its clearly not playable in this state for me.

Anybody has an idea what might be wrong?

I tried updating my graphics card driver, but that didn't change anything.

Also switching resolutions and fullscreen/no fullscreen didn't change anything.

I'd apprecciate any help
