v2.3 Multiplay bug - single trade continues every month

Hi There,

I was playing in a multiplayer game and made a trade of 200 credits (one off) for nothing - but the other player was
going to build some ships for me.
What happened is that this kept recurring every turn.

There was no way to cancel this trade (that I could see) - nor could the other player do so.

Could you please look into this.
