Siege platform issues

Could we please get a clean up of the siege platform.
1. No icon for siege platform in the cosmetic ship designer
2. Include the siege platform into the special modules so I can apply to designs that were built without the cosmetic module.
3. Fix the funny behave of the module within the design screen. I found that when I try to select the second module it highlights the siege module.
