Details: After researching governance technology "Cultural Influence" building "Precursor Souvenir Shop" is not available to build on any planet.
How to reproduce:
- Start as any race
- Research "Cultural Influence"
- Open planet screen to build this building
- No option on building list
It happend also on version 2.0. I tried many new games and it is happenning every time.
