After the latest update, game freezes

After the latest update, after loading my saved game, after two or three turns the miner dialog popped up asking me if I wanted to mine the asteroids. The text was missing and I could not click the Yes or No buttons. Essentially locked. I waited a few minutes and it eventually gave me control back.

I don't see how to upload my saved game.
