Immersion suggestion. Player eliminated message

I really enjoy all the custom content and immersion this game provides however when I finish up a faction in this game the only that I get is a message from my leader saying that "faction X was eliminated".
I really would like to see a last message from my enemy ranting or accept defeat like Civs do. (maybe a feature for faction designer as well?)
