Ship Garrison bug with Colony

I purchased a Commander ship with a great Siege value. I used it to siege and capture a Minor Player planet.

This was successful, but then I accidently moved the ship onto the hex with my new Colony.

My ship was showing on the Colony display, but I was unable to move the ship off the Colony, or use the Eject button to eject the ship.

I had to load a previous saved game to be able to continue my game, as I could not afford to lose this Commander ship.
