Steam BANS AI Games - Will Supernova be affected?

Basically, since AI developed assets are in a law "grey zone", and no one REALLY knows who owns what, how copied it was and what % is allowed to look similar, Steam, in fear of their wallets and BIG MONEY$, just straight up banned AI developed games.

 

So ... as Supernova has AI Generated Art and text for the Civilisations... will it get banned by Steam? Will we have to move back to Epic?
