What's with the Pricing Stardock???

Hi,

So I bought Galciv 4 on Epic in early access for £22.99. Now Suprenova is out so I got a "special" 60% discount of £33.50 (current price) to upgrade my original version to the new Supernova. This way I "only" need to pay an additional £13.40 to upgarde. Now.... £22.99+13.40=£36.39   Current retail price: £33.50!

So I supported the developers in very early stages in development and they're "rewarding" me by making me pay more than anybody who's only getting the game a lot later and in a much better state? WTF man?

Fair enough, If they don't want to give me a discount on the deal, then don't. 33.50-22.99=10.51 Not very nice but ok. I'll pay the 10.51 But asking for more than from anybody else?
