Problem with Influence

Hi,

I have a problem with influence generation. Until last update my latest save game was influence-free. None of my planets and starbases generated/spread any.

Now my starbases (and resources they contain) do have areas of influence, but my planets still do not. On planet screen, accumulated influence is "0" although generation is positive.
