1.7 Ship Editor Issues

1. Siege Platform is not visible
You can see it only when mounted on the ship.
It's not visible either in the big box to select, or in the list column.
2. Enhanced Kinetic Weapons progression
Enhanced Pulse Cannon should be better than Enhanced Railgun.
But checking the points it does'n seem like that. Pulse Cannon costs more manufactoring points and is identical to Railgun.
Maybe there's an error in the attack points and should be 3 for Pulse Cannon ?
