1.70.4952520 Shipyard linked to another Civ building ships for me

Can't say that I've ever seen this one before. Captured a planet and the shipyard closest to it flipped to me. It just so happens that the sponsor of that shipyard is a core planet in the system that I haven't conquered yet. The shipyard build screen came up and asked me what I wanted to build. That's an enemy who knows there place, maybe I'll save them for last
