Minor, But Annoying Issue Under 1.60.457293.1

This issue has been around for a while, but I finally got annoyed enough to post about it.
When you go into the Leaders screen the available leaders are displayed in a starting order (first screen snapshot below). However, when you select one (in this case I selected Jonny Pederz) the remaining leaders change the order in which they appear (second screen snapshot below). This is extremely annoying when, as in this case, I wanted to select the first 2 leaders, but I had to stop and see where the seccond leader was moved to.
Suggestion: Whatever logic you use to order the presentation of the leaders should result in the same sequence after one leader is selected.
