1.60.417998 Planet settings

Did the Galaxy Settings settings get dialed back? I'm getting considerably fewer Stars, Habitable Planets, and Extreme Planets, under the Abundant setting than I was seeing before 1.60.390049 and .417998. Resources seem to be consistently plentiful under Abundant.
