Interesting Universe Under 1.60.388302

I am on turn 259 of a game I started when 1.60.388302 came out.  I played as a custom civilization and the Galaxy Settings I used are shown in the screen snapshot below.  I only chose 1 opponent - the Yor.  What the universe looks like is captured in the second screen snapshot below.

Some things to notice and think about are:

1. Even though I set the Galaxy Difficulty to "Godlike" the Yor never left their home sector.
2. The design of the unverse requires that I travel through 9 sectors to get to the Yor's home sector from my home sector.
3. It took me 259 turns to meet the Yor.

P.S. The reason I chose the settings I did and only selected one opponent is that I wanted to play deep into a game (I usually win around turn 200) to see more technologies and ideological traits and to see what issues I would run into in a long game.
