- More Commander ships have been given a Survey Module.
Not sure if this made it into the update. There are still many groups with no Flagship.
Legendary, Discovery, Hero, Destruction, Command, Builder, Promethion, Expansion, Agressive - all have 0
Balanced, Exploration, Missle, Defensive, Crime, Influence, Economic - have only 1.
World Supporting and Scavenger have 2, Science 3, Fleet 4, and Flag all 7
