Ship Designer Issue Under 1.55.377081

There is still an issue displaying all of the components on a ship design in the Ship Designer screen, both when looking at existing ships and when modifying a ship design.

To see the issue, load the above save file, then follow these steps:

1. Double-click on any shipyard to open the shipyard screen then click on the "New Design" button in the lower right-hand corner of the screen.
2. In the list of ship designs on the left-hand side of the screen, click on the "Cruiser 35 Beams" ship design.  The screen should look something like the first screen snapshot below.
   1. Notice that, at the bottom of the screen, you can see 7 icons representing the components in the ship design.
      1. Given that there is plenty of room to display more icons, why are only 7 visible?
      2. If you put your cursor over one of the components, you can use your mouse wheel to scroll left and right through the full list of component icons.
3. Click on the "+" icon at the bottom of the "Available Designs" list to edit the design of the "Cruiser 35 Beams" ship design.
4. On the next screen click on the "Start New Design" Button.
5. The next screen should look like the second screen snapshot below.
   1. Notice that, at the bottom of the screen, you can only see 1 icon representing the components in the ship design.
      1. Given that there is plenty of room to display more icons, why is only 1 icon visible?
      2. If you put your cursor over the 1 component icon, you can use your mouse wheel to scroll left and right through the full list of component icons.

There is obviously a flaw in the logic that determines how big the window should be that contains the scrollable list of component icons. This is extremely annoying and should be ranked in the top 25% in your list of bug fixes to be worked on.
