Core World loosing Planetary Output.

I am currently playing Supernova 1.51.375185.1 under Epic Games. I just became aware that my core worlds are loosing output.
This is one of my core worlds at turn 192.

This is the same core world at turn 201. I am sure it was gradual but why is this happening.
