Stuck Turns Under 1.55.376713.1

I do not know whether you think you have solved the stuck turn issue in version 1.55.376713.1, but just in case you think you did, you did not.  My current game has gotten stuck twice on the Arcean's turn and once on the Krynn's turn.  I would provide a save file, but every time the game gets stuck I have to exit the game, restart the game, and load the game from the most recent save.  When I do, the game does not get stuck again until some unpredictable number of turns later, so providing a save would not be of any value.
