Artifact Reward Issue Under 1.55.376713.1

The screen snapshot below shows the reward for researching an Artifact. I believe a word is missing between the words "valuable" and "relatively". I believe the missing word should be "world" or "planet", but I will leave that up to your English major that is working on cleaning-up spelling and grammar issues.
Also, this is the second Artifact I have researched that says that there should be a new and valuable planet, but to my old eyes, no new and valuable planet has appeared. Is it me? Are the new planets near a star that I have not explored yet? Is this a bug?
