Warforged Faction Issue

First, I recognize and appreciate the improvements that have been made to the Factions screen.  Now that I have given you a pat on the back, here is the kick in the a**:

The first screen snapshot shows a few things:

1. The popup for Warforged says "Crime increase based on the member's Social" (fact #1)
   1. The popup also says that the effect from current members is "+2.2% Crime" (fact #2)
   2. The popup also says "... to all our worlds to all their worlds" (critique)
      1. should there be an "and" in there"
      2. Who is "their"?  Does this mean that crime will be increased for ALL civilizations?
2. the Leader Marcie Mye (at the bottom of my Unassigned Leaders list) has a Social value of 0 (fact #3)

The second screen snapshot shows that after I add Marcie Mye to the Warforged faction, the impact on Crime is now +2.3%.  If the impact on Crime is based on the member's Social, how did it go up after adding a leader with a Social value of 0?
