[BUG] Unarmed Ship Seems to Default to Support Role

Hello! So I hope this is a bug and not a feature. It seems like if you have a ship that is set to some role, but the ship has no weapons, then when you actually do a battle with it, it defaults to the support role instead of what you actually set for it to do. Is this a bug? Thanks!
