Galactic Civilizations IV Supernova: Hotpatch 1

Hey folks,
We'd like to drop a few quick updates before the weekend. Please see below for the changes:
- Fixed overlapping buttons and clean up the Choose Citizen window
- Communication Trait now applies its bonus correctly.
- Crash Fix related to influence lines (hat tip to Sycloness)
- Removed duplicate planetary defense on the planet window + Fixed a bug that caused the soldiering stat to be calculated wrong.
- Make Invasion Status progress bar show "X Months remaining" instead of "X / Y"
