surrender screws up the game. I had the torians surrender then the super powerful mimmots took em up
whenever they surrender they all turn into colonies
as a result the mimmotts take over the galaxy
turn surrender off and fight to last man
either that or change when a civ surrenders like when they are down too a few planets
killing a large portion of their ship force should not make em surrender they can make more
I did take the torian capital
so my advance settings are
no to disable tech trade
no to disable tech brokering whats the difference
yes to disable surrender ai
no to surrendered colonies
yes to fow
