Logistics Issue

I am once again doing battle with the Mimot Brotherhood and I have encountered a strange issue related to logistics.  Actually, it is 2 issues that can be seen in the screen snapshot below:

  1. In the upper-right hand corner, in red, it shows that the combined logistics of the ships in the Mimot fleet is 56, but they have a limit of 40.  How can this be?
  2.  In the popup for the fleet it says that the maximum logistics is 29 while the red text discussed in item 1 above says the fleet maximum is 40.  Which one is right and why are they different?
