I have been experimenting with how to defeat the Mimot Brotherhood in 1 on 1 games and I have seen the below message a couple of times. If I had declared war this message would make sense, but neither I nor the Mimot have declared war yet. We are at peace and have been since the beginning of the game. Please put this in the pile of messages players see from other civilizations that are not in sync with what is actually going on in the game.
