[CRASH] Another one right before a civilization gets destroyed

The save file is right before Iconians get taken out - it's the last turn of the siege of their homeworld. A technology is being finished at the same moment. Press Next Turn - the game crashes. Hopefully it's reproducible and maybe even patchable. Would love to continue this particular game, the Xeloxi are awesome.
