Data Bank Timeline Issue

From the Diplomacy screen I can see that I have met 14 AI civilizations (see first screen snapshot below). However, when I go into the Data Bank screen and click on the Timeline option, I can only see myself (Gemini) plus 9 AI civilizations for a total of 10 (9 visible at a time plus scroll down to see the 10th) as shown in the second and third screen snapshots below.
The Yor, Arceans, Manti, Krynn, and Drath do not appear in the Timeline. Why not?
