Another Trading Bug

I just met another civilization (Baratak Grove), chose to trade with them, and this time the research cost for my items appeared as expected, but I could not select a technology the Baratak Grove owned to trade for.

After I gave up and clicked "Done", a screen appeared with some options (see first screen snapshot below).  I chose the option to trade and now I could select a technology the Baratak Grove owned to trade for.
