The first screen snapshot below shows what the Endless Emporium faction looks like without a leader assigned. It shows a Bazaar Discount of 0.08. What does that mean?
The second screen snapshot shows what the Endless Emporium faction looks like with a leader assigned that has desired traits. The Bazaar Discount went to 0.14. What does that mean?
Also note that the values at the top of the box are rounded and show no apparent change with or without the leader assigned. You can only see the changes if you hover over the header to display the popup where the values have an additional decimal place displayed. I think this can be improved.
