Onyx Hive Shipyards Impervious To Missile Attacks?

I am a big fan of missile attacks and have used them extensively. One thing that I have noticed and do not understand is that Onyx Hive shipyards appear to be impervious to missile attacks. I have attacked the shipyards of many other civilizations with missiles and the missiles have done damage, but not those of the Onyx Hive.
The first screen snapshot shows that I have 2 fleets next to an Onyx Hive shiyard. It also shows that I have used my missle attack for this turn for one of those fleets. The second screen snapshot shows that I have also used my missile attack for this turn for the second fleet. The third screen snapshot shows that the Onyx Hive shipyard has not lost any hit points as a result of my missile attacks.
Questions:
- Is there something we can do (research, etc.) to make our shipyards impervious to missile attacks?
- Is there something about the Onyx Hive civilization that makes their shipyards impervious to missile attacks?
- Is this a bug?
