CRASH!

I have had this issue for months now and it doesn't seem to be getting better. The game just freezes, become non-responsive. I have to use Task Manager to exit and there is no option to send a crash report.
I am running two monitors and I do have programs running on the other screen. You don't suppose I'm running out of memory do you?
