Shipyard Questions

I have noticed a couple of things when trying to design a ship that seem odd.
The first screen snapshot below shows the description for "Hull Support". At the top it says "+4 Hit Points" but right below that it says "+ Hit Points 6". Is it 4? Is it 6? Is it something else?
The second screen snapshot below shows the description for "Hull Reinforcement". At the top it says "+4 Hitpoints and +20% Hit Points" but at the bottom it says "+ Hit Points 6.8" and "+ Hit Points 20%". The first minor issue is combining Hit Points together into one word (Hitpoints) at the top. The second issue is trying to figure-out what I am going to get if I add Hull Reinforcement to my ship design.
