Bug on Draft Colonists

Anyone discover this issue? There are no colony ship provided after turn 30 - 40. I have the issue on each game play.
The issue also apply to Anomaly selection to provide any constructor or colony ship in middle or late game.
Not sure if it will be related to disable the basic type on constructor or colony ship in ship list which later for production, i will use personal design ship.
