Graphics problems when zoomed out on galaxy map.

I would like to know what is causing this problem. When zoomed out on galaxy map there are lines and pixel particles at top of the screen. I have tried to adjust graphics setting in game and have had no luck. This also happens on the cut scenes videos in the game.  My graphics drivers are all up to date. Just recently noticed this not sure out long its been doing this.
