Executive Order - Print money duration penalty bug

Hello.

I have observed that if use the Executive Order - Print Money, the approval penalty remains over 12 months-turns.

Here is a save at turn 35 where picked a second Print Money EO desiding to create a post for this but (see attached save).

Turn 49, both the Print Money penalties are still in effect. (see attached save).

What is the definition of "a year" in game? Because as you see the penalty remains for the first Print Money over 20+ months/turns.

Actually took it around turn 10 and now is on turn (month) 50.
