Orb of Draginol

So I started the Orb of Draginol event/quest/whateveritscalled. Understood the survey anomaly part, did that and found what was needed. Understood the use artifact to open a rift part, did that and spawned the Dreadlord shipyard and lots of little beasties, killed all of those. When I opened the rift there was a pop up screen that said something about finding the Orb among lesser races, or something like that. Now I have no clue what I am supposed to do. When I click on the Orb of Draginol thing in the list on the left, it gives me a popup showing I completed the first 2 steps, and the 3rd step says something vague like "Go retrieve the Orb".

Ummm, where? Where am I supposed to go to retrieve the Orb? I am totally lost on this achievement thingy. The Hall of Unity was much easier to understand what I was supposed to do and complete.
