Trades "Fixed" ??? .77a

So been playing the .77a version on test. Just got a trade offer from the Altarians.
The offered me Open Borders, and some low-mid level tech (I think it was Orbital Repair or something like that).
In return they wanted me to give them three other techs with a combined research time that was more than double (almost triple) the research time of the tech they were offering (and one of the techs was a military weapons tech); they also wanted about half of my Antimatter, about half of my Durantium, about half of my Xanthium, and roughly 25 percent of my total credits.
Now I know the Altarians are kinda self-righteous a##holes, but that seems like a pretty absurdly imbalanced trade offer, even from them.
