GPU running hot on galaxy screen

Is there a plan to optimize the game engine and possibly give more graphics options, including possibly non-windowed fullscreen? When I run the game Fullscreen on my QHD (2560x1440) 27" monitor, even capping FPS at 60 and with Low settings my GPU (RTX 2070 Super) runs consistently at 75c which is a bit hot for comfort for extended play. Using non-fullscreen at HD (1920x1080) it is more comfortably at 65c but the immersion is obviously not the same.
My rig runs on an AMD 7 5800X with a B550 motherboard, 32GB RAM, and the aforementioned RTX 2070 Super.
