Planet screen blank & menu bug

Title: Planet Screen menu bug
Version: Beta_0.75.276436
Details: Playing as Yor, I accidentally double clicked on an un-governed planet I owned and it took me to a completely blank planet screen. No planet tiles, no menu on the left. No planet name, nothing but a blank screen with the only thing on it the name of the planet in the upper left corner. Hitting escape didn't get me to the menu. Clicking the planet name got me out of it but it messed up the planet view screen for governed planets where the left menu is gone or doesn't pop out like usual from the left. Clicking escape to get to the menu and then re-entering doesn't fix it. You have to exit the game completely and re-load the last save to continue. Also, it killed the "build population" option after researching space elevators > planetology > Xeno manufacturing for the Yor. So, the Yor are stuck in a "no growth" state on every planet for their population.
How to reproduce: Clicking on any un-governed but owned planet.
