Customers who purchased Galactic Civilizations IV or Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova through the Epic Games Store are eligible to receive a Steam key for Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova. This program does not support the Expansion Pass or any subsequent DLCs.

If you purchased Galactic Civilizations IV on Epic Games, you can upgrade to a Steam key for Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova for $15.99.

If you purchased Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova on Epic Games, you're eligible to receive a Steam key for Galactic Civilizations IV: Supernova for free.

Please provide your Epic Account ID (must own GalCiv IV or GalCiv IV: Supernova with this Epic Account ID) and Email Address to check your eligibility.

How to find your Epic Account ID:

Open and logon to the Epic Games Launcher, click on your Account in the upper right hand corner, and choose account. This will take you to the following page where you can retrieve your Id under your Account Information. https://www.epicgames.com/account/personal?lang=en-US
